The PGDipBldgSc is a graduate programme available for graduates in Architecture or Engineering. It is intended to be completed in one year of full-time study. Diploma students are required to complete courses to the value of 14 points. This qualification is intended to be a mid-career refresher programme for practitioners in the building industry.
The diploma structure is the same as the first year of MBldgSc degree. All students are required to complete the course Researcy Methods (2 points) in their first year of study. Other courses, up to the required of 14 points for the diploma, involve a number of courses. Please contact the Department for more information.
