I enjoyed my experience studying at the North Shore International Academy. The academy has it own training kitchen and a restaurant where we students get to complete our practical training. These training facilities are designed to the industry standards. Therefore when I started working in the industry I felt quite confident since I was already exposed to such facilities back in NSIA. I was recommended by Mr. Otto Groen, the head of our academy, to work for the Monsoon Poon restaurant as a chef since it was one of the best well known establishments in town. I am looking forward to an exciting future in this industry.
