Scott Shi

Recently graduated with the National Diploma in Computing (Level 5), Scott Shi’s study programme has lead directly to results. He is now employed by the institution he studied with, the Institute of Applied Learning, as a Computer Technician and Student Liaison. Here are his comments about his New Zealand education experience.

“To study here is the most exciting life I ever had. IAL has great schedules that divide the course into different modules. We had great practical activity during the study, everybody really enjoyed it and it gave us the best group working opportunity to competition and challenging ourselves. The small classes help students communicate very well with our tutor. IAL has qualified tutors in each particular area and friendly staff to assist and encourage you during the study time.

Today I gained a full qualification in the computing area. Also, I am very pleased that IAL has given me the chance to be one of the staff in the company. Working in the company, I feel the knowledge I have gained is very useful.
