Students can enter at any year level and on arrival at the school they are tested and placed in classes appropriate to their level of English.
Most students wish to stay with a ‘kiwi’ family and are placed in homestays with local families. Students have a number of staff who support them including the International Student Manager, Dean, Homestay Co-ordinator, Form Teachers and ESOL staff.

Student Welfare and Homestay
All students who are homestayed by the College, are met at the airport by the homestay coordinator. She will continue to meet regularly with each student to give guidance and to help them adjust to living with a ‘kiwi’ family.
