The International College of Auckland (ICA)was established in 2002 to meet the education needs of both international and Kiwi students. Its central New Lynn location is a prime spot for international students as they are directly opposite the main railway station, bus station and the cosmopolitan LynnMall shopping mall which gives students ideal transport and shopping opportunities. Many ICAstudents choose to live in this area as accommodation is much more affordable than in the city centre, although they are only a short commuting distance away from the CBD (15 minutes by train). ICA offers a student-centred learning environment, focussing on excellent learning opportunities. They have a team of highly qualified, experienced and innovative staff, and courses deliver practical vocational skills. Courses on offer are Business and IT to level 7, and English language.
