Rebecca Green Hill

Rebecca’s passion for the culinary arts was cultivated back in her days at Westlake Girls High School, and joining NSIA to develop her skills and training she felt was a natural step in her career.
Completing her 40 week professional chef course “went by very quickly” due to the interactive style of training offered by NSIA and with her accumulating useable techniques and skills week after week.

Working at the Poenamo Village hotel has afforded her the chance to demonstrate her ability to carry the responsibility of organising a live kitchen. She mentioned that “there are times when the head chef is away and I have to run the kitchen ? what a challenge”

Rebecca believes that the Certificate course has helped her to gain quality skills and essential hygiene practices which gave her a solid grounding to launch her future career. We believe she will go far!
