Tamami Kawano

Tamami comes from Japan and spent 2 years at Orewa College. She has a particular interest in music and was an important member of the college jazz band. She really enjoyed her time here, making many friends. She could speak very little English when she first arrived but  quickly became a fluent speaker. She was sad to leave New Zealand and Orewa College but made the best of her time in New Zealand.
