Orewa College
Orewa College is a co-educational high school for student aged from 12 to 18 years old. Our International Student programme has run successfully for 20 years and we were one of the first two colleges in New Zealand to be given an award from the New Zealand government for the quality of the programme we offer.Orewa is a beachside town, 25 minutes drive from Auckland, New Zealand's largest city. Orewa is a wealthy district with many amenities for young people including a safe ocean beach, hot pools,indoor ski field,restaurants,cafes,cinemas and a bus service to Auckland.

Orewa College offers a large range of courses, including the standard New Zealand qualifications, and special ones designed to give international students an understanding of New Zealand, its culture, geography and outdoor activities.
Extra English classes are available for students who have very basic levels of English.
We offer a comprehensive International Student support programme to ensure students have a happy and worthwhile time in New Zealand. Students have full time access to our Dean of International Students for anypersonal, homestay or course problems.
Orewa College has wonderful facilities for students including extensive computer networks, a film making unit, a new music suite including a recording studio and a grand piano, catering and hospitality rooms, two gymnasia and a weights training room, a garage for mechanics and extensive playing fields that go down to the harbour's edge.
Students are hosted in high quality homestays, all of which have been checked by the college for suitability.
