The school's current philosophy is to maintain the highest standards in academic and sporting, cultural and social areas within a disciplined and caring environment.
The school is 30 minutes away from Auckland International Airport and20 minutes from the business/shopping centre of Auckland.
Academic Programme
Years 9-13. Students sit a national examination called NCEA in Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13.
Direct Entry into Mainstream Classes
This is for students with satisfactory English language skills. The annualtuition fee is NZ$11,000.
English Language Support
This is for students who need full-time English assistance. Qualified and experienced teachers work with these students in small groups and help with their integration into the mainstream school.

Student Welfare
The Deputy Principal, Dean ofInternational Students, International Secretaryand the Homestay Coordinator closely monitor and support the needs of all international students to ensure their total wellbeing.
Accommodation
Homestay accommodation (full board - all food plus laundry) can be arranged for NZ$195 per week. There is a NZ$60 homestay placement fee and a NZ$100 airport pickup fee. Uniform costsare approximately NZ$400.
