"I came to New Zealand because it has a good environment ---- safe, quiet, friendly, and a beautiful country. As well as because it is an English speaking country.
I studied in Palmerston North. Worked with classmates who came from different countries; had a short trip to learn NZ's culture; talked with teachers after class and visited their homes on holidays.
I have furthered my professional career at the International Pacific College where I teach Chinese and Japanese. I enjoy my occupation very much.
The highlight of my stay in New Zealand was my home-stay this is where I could improve my English and understand the Kiwi life style. Also I made a lot of friends through my host family.
While in New Zealand I've enjoyed teaching, travelling, swimming and going to Church.
New Zealand is a good place to study because:
It has a high academic standard, especially at tertiary level.
It has flexible and comprehensive study programmes.
There is a friendly tutoring system to support further learning.
New Zealand is a multicultured learning environment.
There are modern learning facilities."
