Welcome to the New Zealand Specialist Education Agent Programme.  

This training programme has been developed by Education New Zealand (ENZ), with support from New Zealand agencies and the International Education Industry.  It is designed to help education agents effectively promote New Zealand education.  It also offers the opportunity to become a Specialist Agent.

A Specialist Agent will be recognised as someone that has an excellent understanding of the New Zealand education system and overall ethical conduct.

The programme is divided into 10 main sections:

Throughout the material are many references to internet information sources.  These provide additional information to support the topic.  Website addresses and, where needed, paths to take online are provided. 

An important tool is www.newzealandeducated.com.  This website has been provided by Education New Zealand as a key source of information about New Zealand education.   Although the site is student-focused, we encourage agents to use it to find out even more about New Zealand.
