Christchurch - Canterbury
The Basics
- The programme is 16 weeks long
- The certificate includes the National Certificate in Tourism and Travel - Core Skills (Level 3), and a First Aid Certificate
- Training is held at the Air New Zealand Training Centre, Airport Oaks, Auckland
- Start dates are staggered through the year but typically start every 4 weeks
- Standard class hours are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Places are limited
Entry Requirements
- Minimum age of 17
- International students must be high school graduates and be able to demonstrate competency in English to IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
- A passion for delivering customer service to the highest standard
- Successfully meet pre entry assessment criteria
- NCEA level 2 or equivalent achieved
