The Basics

  • The programme is 16 weeks long
  • The certificate includes the National Certificate in Tourism and Travel - Core Skills (Level 3), and a First Aid Certificate
  • Training is held at the Air New Zealand Training Centre, Airport Oaks, Auckland
  • Start dates are staggered through the year but typically start every 4 weeks
  • Standard class hours are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
  • Places are limited

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum age of 17
  • International students must be high school graduates and be able to demonstrate competency in English to IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
  • A passion for delivering customer service to the highest  standard
  • Successfully meet pre entry assessment criteria
