Purpose   
This qualification will enable you to develop a sound knowledge of management theory relevant to the hospitality industry and at the same time learn and perform core practical activities at an poerational level.
The knowledge and understanding gained through attaining this qualification will prepare you for entry into management-level positions within the hospitality industry, particularly in the areas of Food and Beverage Service, Accommodation, and Kitchen Production.
