Day 6
It was up bright and early for an exhilarating trip on the 'Shotover Jet'.
It may have been cold and their faces may have been numb, but as the Shotover Jet spun 360 degree spins at high speed, it was hard to wipe the smiles off the students faces.
Next it was a trip on the famous Earnslaw Steamboat, where some of the students joined a sing-along with the steamboats Pianist.
It was breath-taking panoramic views all the way as they traveled along the river to the Walter Peak Homestead, where they all enjoyed a Barbeque lunch next to an open fire.
From there they got to experience the beautiful gardens and farm life at its best, including sheep being herded and of course, sheep shearing.
Then it was dinner at the Dockside and getting ready for Day 7
