First of all, I liked the comfortable atmosphere of Aspiring. The school is relatively small so there is a good atmosphere and it is easy to communicate with other students and the school staff. I enjoyed talking with other students from different classes and various countries in the Common Room from the first day.

My most memorable thing at Aspiring was, that I joined  the higher-level exam class by chance, which was not what I expected to do. It was sometimes tough for me to keep up with the class. However, thanks to the support of the Aspiring staff, I could manage to pass the exam. The precious experience brought me the confidence which I really needed.

I was also satisfied with my host-family, who the school introduced to me. I chatted and discussed with them a lot. Now I feel like they are my family in New Zealand.

Although it's really up to us to succeed with our overseas study or not, I can say I did have a great time at Aspiring and my choice of school was right.
