Course Overview
• This 24 week full time course is an excellent introduction into the Airline, Airport, Travel & Tourism industries.
• The course includes high levels of practical activities and a full programme of field visits, guest speakers, and industry participation events.
• The curriculum includes essential units in domestic travel, fare & ticketing, New Zealand destinational geography, and valuable communication and customer handling skills customized for the aviation travel & tourism industries.
• The inclusion of training on the Amadeus computer reservations systems makes this an ideal course for careers within travel agencies, airlines or airport chick-in, Hotels and car rentals companies.
• A flight attending workshop is included within the course, as well as comprehensive training with our own online Cabin Crew certification.
