Diploma in Professional Cookery
Purpose
This diploma course will be able to equip the learners with the skills and knowledge required as a professional chef who is involved in complex cooking across the major food groups in a commercial kitchen.
Outcome
The graduates will have a solid base from which to further develop their investigative and presentation skills of cuisine, including menu and kitchen design, within the Hospitality industry. Graduates may enter directly into the workforce or consider further study at a further diploma in Culinar Arts or degree level in Hospitality or Culinary Arts

Duration: 1 Year (40 weeks)
English: Academic IELTS 5.0 or equivalent (e.g.Internal test)
Age: 17 years or over
