Purpose    
The Diploma in International Culinary Arts course blends demonstration classes with hands-on, practical courses in professionally equipped kitchens. As part of this dynamic programme, you will have the opportunity to learn classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and dietary. Students are encouraged to explore their own style and creativity under the guidance of our experience chefs.
 
Outcome  
On completion of the course, the learner is able to demonstrate the ability of different styles of advanced cooking methods from the classic to the innovative with strands of Pasta & Rice and Patisserie. The learner is also able to design and create a variety of international cuisine recipes and menu types, to appreciate culinary production and to be more informed in the broad knowledge of food-related science and arts. The learner will have the opportunity to consider further and advanced education.
