Aromatherapy + English

Canterbury College has a specialist Aromatherapy + English course in partnership with the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine.

Course Length:

• 4 weeks (Students can extend English Study)
• Total of 60 hours English & 32 hours Aromatherapy study

Next Course Starting Date: 22nd February 2010. Please enrol quickly, there is a limit of 8 spaces per course. NOTE all sessions for this popular course are full for 2009.

Required English Level:

Students who are pre-intermediate and above. There is some Aromatherapy theory to study, but most of the time it is practical.

Course Overview

By the end of the course students will have a basic knowledge of 12 essential oils, their therapeutic effects, and safety consideration. Students will be able to safely apply the 12 oils using a range of techniques. Students have the chance to make lots of aromatherapy products: lotions, hand creams, room sprays, blended oils, moisturizers and bath bombs. Most of all, the class is to be enjoyed!
