The aim of this course is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge to make them successful Desktop Support Technicians and Network and Server Administrators.
Upon completion of this qualification, graduates will be able to work in industry as Server Administrators, Network Systems Technicians and Field Engineers. They will have the knowledge and skills to successfully sit international computing qualifications required by industry and the community such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Support Technician, Server Administration, Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) and COMPTIA. The qualification can further lead to study at level 7.
