The Master of Educational Leadership will expand and enhance the knowledge and professional practice skills of experienced educators and leaders, equipping them to contribute to the development of professional educational practice in Aotearoa/New Zealand through enhancing their leadership capabilities. It covers a range of educational leadership issues in the early childhood, compulsory and tertiary educational sectors, while also allowing students to contextualise their specific areas of interest, and has an inclusive approach to issues of cultural diversity and leading in diverse cultures and communities.
