Rebecca Ye

My name is Rebecca Ye and I come from Shanghai in China. I have been in New Zealand for more than 4 years. The first three years I studied at Edgewater College. It is a beautiful place and all the teachers there are so kind and helpful.

I can still remember the first day I started in College. Like all the other overseas students, I couldn’t speak or understand English properly. But I didn’t feel too unhappy starting my studies there, because we got help from all the staff everywhere around Edgewater College. That is why I successfully finished my College studies.

This is the second year of my university life. I am now studying a Bachelor’s degree at Auckland University of Technology. I want to take this opportunity to say “ Thank you to all teachers and staff at Edgewater College. You helped me achieve my dreams.”
