Graduate Diploma in Valuation
This course is available at the following Lincoln University campuses:

Christchurch - Canterbury
Lincoln has had a long involvement with the profession of rural land valuation.
Initially students who attended Lincoln elected to study Valuation and Farm Management after completing a Diploma in Agriculture.
This course of study was three years in duration and was traditionally known as the VPM qualification.
The VPM degree now focuses solely on urban property. Rural Valuation is still incorporated under Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) programme.
Both the Rural Valuation and Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) programmes prepare students for the valuation profession.
Both programmes are recognised and accredited by the Government regulated Valuers Registration Board and industry bodies such as the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the New Zealand Property Institute.
