This programme aims to give students the first year of a National Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.  Graduates will be equipped to act as construction technicians on small and medium scale building projects.  The skills and knowledge that the graduate will possess includes processing projects from first client contact, research and preliminary design documentation, working drawings, tender, contract and construction through to completion.
